Planning to Own A DDA Flat; Registration And Details Here
New Delhi, June 28: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will launch first-come-first-serve scheme for approximately 5,500 flats. Online registration for the scheme is set to commence from midnight on June 30, said business portal Money Control quoting officials.
The prices of the flats will vary depending on category and location, ranging from Rs 13 lakh to Rs 2.4 crore. The flats are situated in Jasola, Narela, Lok Nayak Puram, Dwarka, Siraspur, Narela, and Rohini.
DDA plans to offer around 5,000-5,500 flats.
Applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,000. The DDA will release brochures and guidelines for the scheme within the next couple of days.
HIG flats are expected to range from Rs 2.25 crore to Rs 2.4 crore, while MIG flats may cost between Rs 1.05 crore and Rs 1.45 crore. The pricing of these flats will depend on factors such as size and location, with flats in Dwarka Sector 19B being more expensive than those in Narela.
Flats for the economically weaker section (EWS) are anticipated to be priced between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 13 lakh.
Lower-income group (LIG) flats in Narela, Siraspur, Rohini, and Lok Nayak Puram are expected to range from Rs 15 lakh to Rs 30 lakh.
The booking amount for EWS flats is likely to be set at Rs 50,000, while LIG units may require Rs 1 lakh. MIG and HIG apartments would require booking amounts of approximately Rs 4 lakh and Rs 10 lakh, respectively.
