2.  Fried Foods: Limit or eliminate deep-fried or oily foods from your child's diet. The unhealthy fats found in these foods can contribute to heart disease and obesity, posing a threat to their well-being.

3.    Fast Food: Minimize fast-food consumption due to its high levels of unhealthy fats, sodium, and added sugars. Prioritize homemade meals made from fresh ingredients for a more nutritious choice.

4.  Processed Snacks: Swap out chips, cookies, and crackers for healthier alternatives like fresh fruits, vegetables, or homemade snacks. Processed snacks often contain unhealthy fats, sodium, and artificial ingredients.
