The National Institute of Ranking Framework (NIRF), commissioned by the Ministry of Education, has been publishing annual ranking of the universities and institutes in India based on certain parameters, one of which includes innovation.

The recently released NIRF for 2023 has brought to the spotlight institutes that have become pioneers in the innovation space.  Not surprisingly then, most of the institutes in the top 10 list have made a brand for themselves at home and abroad with the quality of students and innovative ideas that have taken shape in their labs.
