Swayam Shakti Tripathy Tops NEET UG 2023 In Odisha, Secures All India 8th Rank

 Bhubaneswar, June 13: Swayam Shakti Tripathy from Odisha has secured an All India 8^th rank in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test  2023 (NEET-UG) for admission to undergraduate medical courses, the results of which were declared on Tuesday evening. He secured a percentile score of 99.99.

Besides, Swayam, two other candidates from Odisha secured their place among the top 100 in the country. They are Surya Pratap Mishra (35) and Abhipsa Chowdhury (63).

In all, 55,866 candidates from the state appeared for the test and 28,330 qualified for the exam. 

Prabanjan J Tamil Nadu from Tamil Nadu and Bora Varun Chakarvarthi from Andhra Pradesh were declared the joint all-India topper with 99.99 percentile while Kaustav Bauri from Tamil Nadu bagged the third place.
