High Court Grants Conditional Bail to Notorious Blackmailer Archana Nag in Two Cases; ED Case Bail Denied

In a significant development, Archana Nag, the infamous lady blackmailer, has been granted conditional bail by the High Court in two cases against her. The court ruled in favor of Archana Nag in the Khandagiri and Nayapalli police station cases, where she had been charged following complaints lodged by the victim, Shradhanjali Behera.

The Khandagiri police station case involved a complaint filed by Shradhanjali Behera, who claimed to be a victim of Archana Nag's alleged blackmailing activities. The police had previously filed a charge sheet in this case. Jagabandhu Chand and Khageshwar Patra were also named in the FIR, and Jagabandhu was earlier granted conditional bail by the High Court on March 15. However, it is worth noting that Archana Nag's legal battle is far from over, as she still remains in jail due to the denial of bail in the Enforcement Directorate (ED) case.
