Tickets For SRK's Upcoming 'Jawan' Selling For Rs 2,400/-
Mumbai, Sept 1: Shah Rukh Khan's latest film, "Jawan," is causing a frenzy at the box office. Advance ticket sales just began, and an astonishing 41,000 tickets were sold in under two hours, said Hindustan Times in a report.
Despite ticket prices soaring to Rs 2,400, King Khan's devoted fans remain unfazed. The excitement is palpable, especially since "Jawan" follows the smashing success of "Pathaan."
Film industry experts are making bold predictions. Trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan took to social media, asserting that "Jawan" is poised to become SRK's second ₹100-crore opener, an unprecedented feat in Bollywood history.
Directed by Atlee and featuring Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi, "Jawan" started advance bookings on September 1 at 10 AM, with tickets nearly sold out in various cities, according to Hindustan Times. The film will be released in multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, in both 2D and IMAX formats.
The SRK Universe, a fan club dedicated to the actor, has organized special screenings in over 300 cities, expecting a turnout of 85,000 fans on the first day alone.
Trade experts are anticipating "Jawan" to gross a staggering Rs 125 crore globally on its opening day. According to Atul Mohan, the film is poised to break all previous opening-day records.
